Life can challenge each of us in various ways, and it can be difficult to imagine a clear path forward. I work with youth and adults to help them find the momentum to create a more joyful, balanced life where their needs and desires can be met. My goal is to provide you with access to a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the aspects of your life where you feel stuck, in order to find healthier ways of coping, and locate your unique strengths and gifts. Ram Dass once said ” we’re all just walking each other home”, which perfectly captures how I approach the practice. As a trained therapist and fellow human, I am here to guide you back to this feeling of home in your mind, body, spirit, and community, so that you can move through the world with greater ease, peace, and clarity.
